                             Guidelines:
  1.  Put forward part of middle finger  at root part of thumb then  put thumb at middle part of middle finger and remaining finger like kanistika(baby) finger , Anamika(ring ) finger and targari ( index ) finger should be keep straight.


                         BENEFITS:
1. This mudra is specifically best for and get relief on pain related to ear .

2. If sunyata come in any part of body then this mudra is positively beneficial .

3.If any child are slept on chick due to which any tammar (genesis) come to him then do  this  experiment of mudra .
